Male, College level & at least 1 year sales experience
Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in sales, Retail/General or equivalent
Good communication skills, Required language(s): English, Filipino
Willing to be assigned in key modern retail stores ( Glorietta, Robinsons Magnolia, etc)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that customers are completely satisfied both before and after sales
Develop and maintain processes and procedures that will increase sales
Ensures that all merchandise is properly displayed and priced in the best way to promote sales
QUALIFICATIONS
Male/Female, College level & with experience in sales, cashiering and handling staff is an advantage
Can work as a Team Leader, and knowledgeable to manage the day to day operation of the assigned store
Can create schedules and assign duties and responsibilities to the store’s staff
Knowledgeable on evaluating staff and replacing staff as needed based on performance based metrics
Creating a high performance culture in the store by productivity standards and goal attainment
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year(s) work experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Leadership
Excellent in handling staff both work and personal
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to properly coordinate between main office and store
Knowledge of all the product line that the company is selling
Must be willing to work 6 days a week including Holidays, Saturday and Sunday
