Professional Partnership Program (PPP)

Terms and Conditions:

A. Eligibility

Must be licensed Interior Designers, Design Firms, Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Real Estate Brokers.
Other Professions related to Property Construction & Development (subject to approval).

B. Requirements

Submission of Proof of Eligibility:
1. Licensed Interior Designer – PRC License
2. Design Firm – BIR 2303 or C.O.R.
3. Licensed Architect – PRC License
4. Licensed Real Estate Broker – PRC License
5. Other Professions related to Property Construction & Development (subject to approval).

C. Discount and Commission Program Guidelines

Professionals enjoy a 5% discount/designer′s commission on all purchases at non-Landmark Ashley branches.
1. This includes a 5% discount on SRP items and promotional items, even those with existing discounts, but must not exceed 20%.
2. For items with a promotional discount between 21% to 30%, professionals are entitled to a 2% discount or designer′s commission.
The program does not apply to items on promotional discount above 30%.
Professional discounts are valid only for the current month′s promotions and cannot be combined with other in-store promos without approval.
The professional discount is not applicable to any installment options.
Commission payout occurs 30 days upon completion of the transaction.

Ashley Homestore Furniture / Bedscape Corp. reserves the right to change and suspend this program without any prior notice. Ashley Homestore Furniture / Bedscape Corp. also reserves the right to not fulfill its obligation due to reasons such as, but not limited to, acts of nature, government regulations, unforeseen emergencies, any violation of the Terms and Conditions or other events that may hinder the normal course of business.
